Organizational Consulting
For more than twenty years, Dr. Moldover has provided consultation to organizations serving children, adolescents, young adults, and individuals with disabilities. His clients have included public school districts, independent schools, colleges and universities, community-based services, legal advocacy groups, and nonprofit organizations.
Across these diverse settings, his mission has remained the same: to translate psychological and neuropsychological science into practical knowledge that strengthens organizational decision-making. Whether helping an admissions team interpret a neuropsychological evaluation, advising leadership on program development, or providing professional education for staff, Dr. Moldover helps organizations make more effective use of the clinical knowledge they already possess.
Consulting services are tailored to each organization’s needs and may include one-time staff training, targeted project-based consultation, executive and leadership advising, admissions consultation, program development, and ongoing strategic partnerships.
About Dr. Moldover
Dr. Joseph (“Joe”) Moldover is a board-certified clinical neuropsychologist who has been in professional practice for more than twenty years. Licensed in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Maine, he has devoted his career to helping children, adolescents, young adults, and the organizations that support them make better use of psychological and neuropsychological knowledge.
Although Maine remains close to his heart, Dr. Moldover’s primary office is in downtown Wellesley, Massachusetts, where he maintains an active clinical practice. Throughout his career, he has also been deeply engaged in public speaking, collaboration with schools and universities, and consultation to community-based organizations. He has served on nonprofit boards of directors and advisory boards and is a past president of the Massachusetts Neuropsychological Society.
These experiences have shaped his belief that organizations often possess a wealth of clinical information but need support in translating that knowledge into thoughtful policies, sound decisions, and effective programs. His consulting work helps leadership teams, educators, and staff bridge the gap between psychological science and everyday organizational practice.
Outside of his professional work, Dr. Moldover is a novelist and essayist whose published work includes four novels in the young adult and mystery genres, as well as numerous short stories. He is an active member of the Boston literary community and frequently speaks at bookstores, conferences, and community events.
Whether working as a neuropsychologist, consultant, or writer, Dr. Moldover is guided by the same principles: intellectual curiosity, clear communication, respect for complexity, and a commitment to making specialized knowledge accessible and useful. He brings those values to every organization with which he works.
